Retail Real Estate Manager

RetailUnion is a national retail real estate advisory firm that specializes in guiding expanding brands to locations that drive quantifiable growth. We are currently seeking a Real Estate Manager to join our team and work with multiple specialty brands on national expansion strategy, site selection, site tours, and deal negotiation.

Develop and execute national real estate strategies for multiple specialty brands.

Identify potential sites for new stores, negotiate LOIs and leases.

Travel and conduct site tours with clients.

Build and maintain relationships with landlords and brokers.

Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective store buildouts.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably with a high-growth retailer.

Proven track record of successful site selection, lease negotiation, and portfolio management.

Knowledge of the top malls, lifestyle centers, and streets in the country.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
