Nick Koeijmans is a Partner and Co-Founder of RetailUnion Partners. Before RetailUnion, Nick joined Open Realty Advisors in 1998. He executed rollouts for retailers such as Apple, J. Crew, Restoration Hardware, Michael Kors and Lululemon. Nick also worked as Senior Vice President of Leasing at The O’Connor Group. Nick now works with clients like H&M, Amazon, Capital One Café, and Kalos Invisalign Provider. Nick graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Political Science. In his spare time, you can find Nick golfing, fishing and grilling.
Brett Robinson is a Principal and Co-Founder of RetailUnion Partners. In 1993, Brett joined Open Realty where he worked on multiple, national accounts including Apple, Colorado Pen Company and Circuit City Express. In 2000, Brett joined Chico’s FAS, Inc. as their Director of National Site Selection. In this role, Brett helped execute the opening of over 400 stores before departing in 2005 to join Continental Retail Development as Vice President of Development. There, Brett successfully helped open five new lifestyle centers. After six years, Brett left Continental and founded RetailUnion, Inc., an internet platform to connect retailers and developers. In 2012, Brett and long-time friend, Nick Koeijmans, founded RetailUnion Partners where he now works with clients like H&M, Amazon, Capital One Café and Kalos Invisalign Provider. Brett graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1994 with a Political Science Degree. Outside of the office, Brett enjoys walking his dogs and playing golf.
Clay Mote is a Principal at RetailUnion. Clay started his real estate career at the Weitzman Group where he was rookie of the year. He later joined Venture Commercial Real Estate where he was one of the original partners for 19 years. In 2019, Clay teamed up with long-time friend, Brett Robinson, and joined RetailUnion Partners. Throughout his career, Clay has been involved in large-scale rollouts and tenant representation assignments as the master broker for Gander Mountain in eight states, Orchard Supply in Florida, and Northern Tool across the United States for 10 years. In addition to those positions, Clay has been successful in large and junior box dispositions for Albertsons, Office Depot, Toys-R-Us and over 10 Sears Department and Auto stores throughout Texas. Clay graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Real Estate. Clay spends his free time traveling with family.
Bryan Cornelius joined RetailUnion as a Principal in June 2019. With over 26 years of real estate experience, Bryan’s focus is on tenant representation, specializing in the implementation of retailers’ market strategies for expansion in DFW and nationally for clients like Starbucks, rue21, Payless ShoeSource, GNC, FootLocker, Sola Salon Studios and Sprouts. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Bryan spent 10 years in corporate real estate with Radio Shack, Payless ShoeSource and FedEx Kinko’s. Bryan graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University.
Barrett joined the RetailUnion team in 2021 as a Chief Business Officer. Prior to joining RU, Barrett worked at AT&T. During this time, Barrett spent a number of years helping grow the AT&T Partner Exchange working in a variety of functions focused on pricing, go to market strategy, technology development, and new market development. Barrett worked as Chief of Staff for the President of AT&T’s National Business sales organization. Most recently, he was Director of Strategy for AT&T Communications. Prior to AT&T, he worked in sales for Ben E. Keith. Barrett graduated from Trinity University with BS in Finance. He later obtained an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Texas Christian University. Outside of the office, Barrett spends most of his free time chasing around his three boys
Amanda Royalty is a Senior Partner at RetailUnion Partners. Amanda started her career in 2006 in her home state of Indiana at Simon Property Group, in Finance and then Marketing. She then transitioned into Real Estate Management and Leasing with Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, relocating to New York City where she spent 7 years. In 2014, Amanda joined H&M and ran their expansion and portfolio management across the USA (based in NYC and then Los Angeles); and then she ran H&M’s entire real estate business (Leasing, Legal, Controlling, Store Design, Construction, and Facilities) across Australia and New Zealand, based in Sydney. Most recently, she was Head of Property for the Northern Hemisphere for Lovisa, driving their growth throughout North America and Europe. Amanda graduated from DePauw University with a double major in Economics and Spanish, and as Captain of the Cross Country and Track & Field teams. She enjoys traveling, food, and spinning.
Elizabeth Miller is a Senior Vice President at RetailUnion. Prior to joining the team, Elizabeth was a Senior Vice President at Venture Commercial for 13 years. Some of Elizabeth’s clients include Handel’s Ice Cream, Buttermilk Sky Pie, My Salon Suites, Pure Barre, Blo Blow Dry Bar, Beyond Studios, Sola Salon Suites, Accessory Concierge, The Ginger Man, The Woodhouse Day Spa, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Parlors Ice Cream and Room and Board. Elizabeth graduated from Texas Tech Honors College with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. In her free time, Elizabeth likes to be outdoors and spend time with her husband and their two children, Lydia and Conrad.
Todd joined RetailUnion in 2020 as Senior Vice President. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Todd spent over 25 years in the restaurant industry managing operations and openings of more than 50 restaurants from casual to fine dining. As a certified sommelier, he was also responsible for curating some of the top wine programs in the Seattle and DFW markets. Todd’s real estate focus reflects that experience as he represents several of the most exciting restaurant and entertainment groups in the country including Pins Mechanical Company, 16-Bit Bar & Arcade, Lava Cantina, Top Round Roast Beef, and Whiskey Hatchet. In his free time, Todd enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Lisa.
Jim Dunn joined RetailUnion in 2019 as a Partner. Jim has spent over 15 years honing his market knowledge and building relationships with clients like Dutch Bros Coffee, Einstein Bagels, Fitness Together, FootLocker, Massage Envy, Sprouts Farmers Market, T-Mobile, The Catch, Wingstop and many others. Jim graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.

He is now a Senior Real Estate Manager and Construction Coordinator working with clients like Amazon, Bath and Body Works, Capital One Café and Kalos Invisalign Provider. Grant graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2018 with a B.B.A. in Finance. Outside of the office, Grant enjoys cooking and playing guitar.

Before to joining the team in July 2019, Jake worked as an Acquisition Associate for Vaquero Ventures, a top NNN developer in Texas. Jake graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Real Estate. In his free time, Jake enjoys all things Baylor sports, golfing and spending time with friends and family.

Prior to joining RetailUnion, Morgan worked at a start-up called Feed Me Pronto. Morgan graduated from University of Arkansas in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Leighton Hopkins is a Transaction Coordinator at RetailUnion. Prior to working at RetailUnion, Leighton attained her real estate license at the age of 19 and interned at Newmark with their National Net Lease Capital Markets team. Leighton graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Outside of the office, she enjoys trying new restaurants and visiting new cities with her friends and family.
Josie Tummillo is a Transaction Coordinator at RetailUnion Partners. Josie joined RetailUnion as an intern in February of 2022 and began working full-time upon graduation. Josie graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in General Business.
