Brett Robinson is a Principal and Co-Founder of RetailUnion Partners. In 1993, Brett joined Open Realty where he worked on multiple, national accounts including Apple, Colorado Pen Company and Circuit City Express. In 2000, Brett joined Chico’s FAS, Inc. as their Director of National Site Selection. In this role, Brett helped execute the opening of over 400 stores before departing in 2005 to join Continental Retail Development as Vice President of Development. There, Brett successfully helped open five new lifestyle centers. After six years, Brett left Continental and founded RetailUnion, Inc., an internet platform to connect retailers and developers. In 2012, Brett and long-time friend, Nick Koeijmans, founded RetailUnion Partners where he now works with clients like H&M, Amazon, Capital One Café and Kalos Invisalign Provider. Brett graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1994 with a Political Science Degree. Outside of the office, Brett enjoys walking his dogs and playing golf.
Nick Koeijmans is a Partner and Co-Founder of RetailUnion Partners. Before RetailUnion, Nick joined Open Realty Advisors in 1998. He executed rollouts for retailers such as Apple, J. Crew, Restoration Hardware, Michael Kors and Lululemon. Nick also worked as Senior Vice President of Leasing at The O’Connor Group. Nick now works with clients like H&M, Amazon, Capital One Café, and Kalos Invisalign Provider. Nick graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Political Science. In his spare time, you can find Nick golfing, fishing and grilling.
Clay Mote is a Principal at RetailUnion. Clay started his real estate career at the Weitzman Group where he was rookie of the year. He later joined Venture Commercial Real Estate where he was one of the original partners for 19 years. In 2019, Clay teamed up with long-time friend, Brett Robinson, and joined RetailUnion Partners. Throughout his career, Clay has been involved in large-scale rollouts and tenant representation assignments as the master broker for Gander Mountain in eight states, Orchard Supply in Florida, and Northern Tool across the United States for 10 years. In addition to those positions, Clay has been successful in large and junior box dispositions for Albertsons, Office Depot, Toys-R-Us and over 10 Sears Department and Auto stores throughout Texas. Clay graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Real Estate. Clay spends his free time traveling with family.
Bryan Cornelius joined RetailUnion as a Principal in June 2019. With over 26 years of real estate experience, Bryan’s focus is on tenant representation, specializing in the implementation of retailers’ market strategies for expansion in DFW and nationally for clients like Starbucks, rue21, Payless ShoeSource, GNC, FootLocker, Sola Salon Studios and Sprouts. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Bryan spent 10 years in corporate real estate with Radio Shack, Payless ShoeSource and FedEx Kinko’s. Bryan graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University.
Elizabeth Miller is a Senior Vice President at RetailUnion. Prior to joining the team, Elizabeth was a Senior Vice President at Venture Commercial for 13 years. Some of Elizabeth’s clients include Handel’s Ice Cream, Buttermilk Sky Pie, My Salon Suites, Pure Barre, Blo Blow Dry Bar, Beyond Studios, Sola Salon Suites, Accessory Concierge, The Ginger Man, The Woodhouse Day Spa, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Parlors Ice Cream and Room and Board. Elizabeth graduated from Texas Tech Honors College with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. In her free time, Elizabeth likes to be outdoors and spend time with her husband and their two children, Lydia and Conrad.
Jim Dunn joined RetailUnion in 2019 as a Partner. Jim has spent over 15 years honing his market knowledge and building relationships with clients like Dutch Bros Coffee, Einstein Bagels, Fitness Together, FootLocker, Massage Envy, Sprouts Farmers Market, T-Mobile, The Catch, Wingstop and many others. Jim graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Grant Rising joined RetailUnion in 2016 as an intern. He is now an Associate working with clients like Amazon, Bath and Body Works, Capital One Café and Kalos Invisalign Provider. Grant graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2018 with a B.B.A. in Finance. Outside of the office, Grant enjoys cooking and playing guitar.
Jake Cornelius is an Associate at RetailUnion. Jake helps with clients like Dutch Bros. Coffee, Layne’s Chicken Fingers, Caliber Collision, and Fresenius Medical Care. Before to joining the team in July 2019, Jake worked as an Acquisition Associate for Vaquero Ventures, a top NNN developer in Texas. Jake graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Real Estate. In his free time, Jake enjoys all things Baylor sports, golfing and spending time with friends and family.
Rachel Daugherty joined RetailUnion as a Senior Transaction Coordinator in October 2019. Before joining the team, Rachel worked in both luxury residential and commercial real estate for 20 years and was the Director of Transaction Coordinators in Texas for Agent-File Inc. Additionally, Rachel owned and operated Anywhere Assistant, LLC., a virtual real estate transaction coordinator company. At RetailUnion, Rachel helps with tenant representation for clients like Amazon, Capital One Café, and Kalos Invisalign Provider. Rachel graduated from University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Psychology and Social Justice. In her free time, Rachel enjoys cooking and traveling.
Hannah Holloway is a Transaction Coordinator at RetailUnion Partners. She currently helps with tenant representation for clients like Amazon, Capital One Café and Kalos Invisalign Provider. Prior to joining RetailUnion in 2019, Hannah was an intern at Venture Commercial and managed her own concierge company called Go Girl Concierge, LLC. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in May 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Editorial Journalism. When Hannah isn’t working, she likes to try out new recipes and hang out with friends at Grigg’s Park.
